Help transform Crist Park into a winter wonderland and help vendors set up before the festivities begin.

Guide floats and groups to their starting spots, keep things organized, and be part of the pre-parade excitement.

Keep everyone warm and happy by serving up cups of hot cocoa and adding those sweet holiday touches.

Be the friendly face that helps our vendors! Welcome them as they arrive, guide them to their assigned spots, and lend a hand with setting up their shade canopies. You’ll help set the tone for a smooth, fun, and successful event for everyone.

Start the race day right! Help check in runners and their burros, hand out bibs, keep those long-eared athletes safely contained, and provide directions and information. You’ll be the first point of contact for racers—setting the stage for an unforgettable event!

Help get the balloons off the ground! You'll help hot air balloon pilots safely inflate and launch their balloons. Some pilots also need you to be a part of their Chase Crew, following the hot air balloon while it's in flight and helping them pack up the balloon. It's an essential position to the event, and an adventurous volunteer opportunity. 

Help tear down the event by moving tables, chairs, umbrellas; cleaning up the park area, etc.
